Via Fluvia between Loire and Rhone Rivers new sections in 2022

La Via Fluvia is a project partially completed to connect the Loire and Rhone rivers with a cycle way (voie vert). The route when finished will be over 100 km long. Starting at the town of Annonay and finishing at Lavoute sur Loire.

In 2022 three new sections are planned to be completed.
  1. Between Saint-Marcel-Les-Annonay and Saint-Sauveur-en-Rue.
  2. Between Vissenty to Annonay and Lake de Vert in Vernosc-Les-Annonay.
  3. In Serrières of the south quay Jules-Roche.

The Via Fluvia travels through the three French Departments of Haute-Loire, Loire & Ardèche, three territories with unique landscapes and environments.

There is a great website in English and French explaining the route, it attractions, places to eat and much more.
